    Clear (Hard Case) A hard plastic material (polycarbonate) which is less prone to yellowing than TPU material when used. But do note that due to its hard and stiff nature, it may slightly crack or break upon strong impact.

    Clear TPU Case (Soft) Polyurethane is a flexible plastic material that is slightly softer than hard plastic, not as soft as rubber/silicone. Helps to absorb external shocks well.
    Do note that this material may turn yellowish over time.

    For the clear-colored and neon pink-colored cases,
    the sides will be opaque as shown in images above.

    White Printing Shift

    White ink printing will be carried out followed by the artwork printing.
    This is essential to provide vivid colors for the print output. Due to a printing shift during production, there could be visible whitish edges.

      We recommend to submit a PNG file if you would like the background to be transparent. JPG file submissions will be of white printed background. Do note that the clear-colored case has a slight yellowish tint.

      Packaged individually in a polybag. A double-sided 3M tape will be provided (AirPods 3 & Pro) to be attached on the inner lid of case.
      For the AirPods clear hard case product, the official certification label is attached to the back of the plastic packaging upon shipment.

    TPU material is designed to absorb strong impact, hence, makes it very durable.
    It is made with rubber without chemical material which is
    environmental friendly and safe to use.

    Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
    - Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
    - When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
    ( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

    Delivery Details

    · Orders will be produced and shipped after payment is completed.
    · Delivery Timeline (est): 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
    · For Express delivery, please select either QUICK [By Customer] or DVER Quick [Prepaid - In-House].
    · QUICK is only available within Seoul and Gyeonggi-do.
    · Multiple orders of the same shipping address can be bundled before orders are shipped out.
    · Self-Pick Up & QUICK: SMS notifications will be separated with large-format items & other product categories.
    · Foamboard/Foamex cannot be shipped to Jeju-do, rural islands or mountainous areas.
    · Some large format items will be shipped via Logen Courier.
