Image Resolution

Due to the nature of the tile material, low resolution images submitted may result in very poor quality prints.
300 dpi resolution images are highly recommended to avoid blurry prints.

To create tiling of images, kindly select the below specifications to order:

Ensure that each image has a 5mm bleed margin on all sides before saving as PDF.

The 47x47mm size (glossy) has a glittery pearl-like shimmer. Do take note of this before placing an order.

The glossy tiles have a mirror-like gloss finish and it is very smooth and slippery.
Printing on these materials could result in minor visible scratches
which is inevitable.

Design With Borders

A print/cut shift of 2-3mm may occur during production.
This may result in uneven or slanted borders as shown in above image.
We do recommend to avoid borders if possible.

Product Features

    Material

    Super smooth surface with either matte or mirror-like glossy finish.
    High-quality images of 300dpi and above is highly recommend for clear prints. Any low resolution images will result in very poor quality prints due to the nature of the material. (Actual tile size may differ 1-2mm for each piece)

  • Backing (2 Types)

    Backing (2 Types)

    Magnetic (47mm only) or Cork backings are available for selection. These tile magnets are great to be displayed on fridges or any metal surfaces. The selection of cork backing could be used as a coaster or pot tray.

  • Packaging & Shipment

    Packaging & Shipment

    If 1pc is ordered, individual packaging will be provided. For 2 or more pcs, the tiles will be bubble wrapped together before shipment.
    Depending on the size and weight of the items, additional shipping charges may incur.
    (e.g. Order 50,000 won and above/below 10kg = 3,500 won shipping | 20kg 7,000 won | 30 kg 10,000 won)

- When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

- Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
- Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

Delivery Details

· Orders will be produced and shipped after payment is completed.
· Delivery Timeline (est): 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
· For Express delivery, please select either QUICK [By Customer] or DVER Quick [Prepaid - In-House].
· QUICK is only available within Seoul and Gyeonggi-do.
· Multiple orders of the same shipping address can be bundled before orders are shipped out.
· Self-Pick Up & QUICK: SMS notifications will be separated with large-format items & other product categories.
· For Self-Collection, NO packaging boxes or envelopes will be provided. Please bring your own if needed.
· Foamboard/Foamex cannot be shipped to Jeju-do, rural islands or mountainous areas.
· Some large format items will be shipped via Logen Courier.
