    Glossy Effect (Varnish)

    When applying glossy varnish over the printed image,
    - Small particles of dust or debris may enter during the glossing phase.
    - Small scratches may be visible due to the nature of the transparent material.
    - These mentioned above are not defects and no refunds/returns can be made.

    Nature Of Material

    Slight line imprints may be visible, as this is from injecting tinted colors into the product.
    Do note that this is not a defect. No refunds or return of goods can be made for this matter.

    부착 시 유의사항

    Attach on a smooth surface to secure grip. Press down firmly for 10-15 seconds to secure the attachment.
    Use the enclosed film and attach on phone before sticking the Joy Tok.

    Download our AI Template, and place your artwork image into the Printing layer.

    After working on your artwork in the printing layer, go to Type > Create Outline.
    Short Keys: Ctrl(Command)+Shift+O

    Go to File -> Save As... -> Choose "save as type" Adobe PDF > Save

    To upload your image, click Import Image located at the bottom left of the editor.

    Click on the imported image located at the left panel to apply.
    Scale/Position image by using click and drag motion on either 4 corners of the image.

    Do note that there may be 1-2mm shift during production.
    Colors on screen may differ from the actual printed output.

    Goods exchange and return is applicable when:
    - Complete refund or reproduction is applicable only if the final output is 100% different from the ordered item.
    - When the product is unusable, refund and reproduction is applicable.
    ( Step 1 – photos verification, 2 step – product inspection. Please note that at least 80% of the returned product should be in good condition for us to bare the shipping fee of returned goods).

    - Cancellation and refund is not applicable if printing files received without any problem and printing process completed smoothly.
    - Mistake and typo related problems caused by users’ carelessness or misunderstanding of instructions and terms and conditions listed in both user and product guides.

    Delivery Details

    · Orders will be produced and shipped after payment is completed.
    · Delivery Timeline (est): 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
    · For Express delivery, please select either QUICK [By Customer] or DVER Quick [Prepaid - In-House].
    · QUICK is only available within Seoul and Gyeonggi-do.
    · Multiple orders of the same shipping address can be bundled before orders are shipped out.
    · Self-Pick Up & QUICK: SMS notifications will be separated with large-format items & other product categories.
    · Foamboard/Foamex cannot be shipped to Jeju-do, rural islands or mountainous areas.
    · Some large format items will be shipped via Logen Courier.
