1. Print Design
Do note that 2-3mm on the right side of the printed image may be cropped off, this may
result in
uneven printed joint ends. This is inevitable in All-Over Printing (AOP).
Furthermore, each tumbler printed (especially the joint ends) may differ from the one another.
Caution: Avoid images with full white or solid background colors.
Kindly
order
images with little or no background is preferred.
2a. Design : Color / Gradation / Transparent area
Image color and resolution of actual print output will differ from the monitor
screen.
Any gradation colors or transparent areas will not be printed or produced
properly. Do take note of this when working on your design.
2b. Design : Filter
Design with Gaussian / Embossing filters used may be hard to
express in printing, especially on thin lines or transparent designs.
3. Skewed Image
The tumblers are shaped wider at the top than the bottom, as compared to a perfect cylinder shape.
The printed image may appear slightly skewed.
4. Small Fonts / Thin Lines The print technique used is printing in a linear manner, this does not allow thin lines, small fonts to be express properly in the final print output. Please thicken any lines or fonts to avoid any print errors.
5. All Color Print / No White Layer Required
If there are white-colored areas in your design file, white ink printing will be applied to the
final output.
No separate White layer is required.
