The image design will be printed on the back of the transparent PET material, together with a final
layer of white ink printing on the artwork areas
to enhance color visibility. Do note that ink may scratch off slightly if in contact with sharp objects
or rough friction.
*In case of a Reorder, we recommend ordering 1pc as sample before a bulk order, as the
production process has been revised.
Clarity of the printed output depends on the white ink printing selection.
White Printing O : Vivid printed design on front / White on back
White Printing X : Translucent printed design on front / Translucent on back
If there is any white areas that needs to be printed, please ensure to choose White Printing.
If not, no white ink will be visible in the final print output.
White Printing layer will be auto-generated when using the Editor.
Please ensure that your image is in PNG (transparent background).
You can also add more designs for ease of convenience, by click on the + sign at the bottom panel.

Data Production & Ordering
1. Create White Layer
Separate both Print & White Layers. All printed areas in the White Layer must be in K=100%.
2. How To Save
(1) Save As PDF
File > Save As > Select PDF Format > Save

Select Press Quality > Acrobat 6 (PDF1.5) > Create Acrobat Layers from Top-Level layers > Save PDF
1. Create White Layer
Separate both Print & White Layers. All printed areas in the White Layer must be in K=100%.
* Ensure the layers are aligned.
(2) Save As PDF
Select Press Quality > Acrobat 6 (PDF1.5) > Optimize for Fast Web Preview
> Save PDF
3. Adobe Acrobat - PDF
(1) Open PDF
Open both PDFs of the Print Layer and White Layer in the Acrobat Reader.
(2) Organize Pages
Drag and drop the White Layer into the Print Layer file.
Ensure the White Layer is on Page 2.
(3) How To Save
Save the PDF file in a different name.
