Learn how to save/store your file for future reorders. You no longer need to submit your files and only just a few clicks to complete your order!
*Only the saved file is available for reorder.
Files can only be saved within 1 month from order date. Do note that this does not apply to cancelled or refunded orders.
Login as a member. (※ Only members are entitled to reorder. Guest/non-members are not eligible)
Go to MyPage > Order/Shipping
Click "Save File" on desired item. File is now saved in Reorder page.
- Reordering is only available to all Red Printing members. Guests/ non-members are not eligible for this.
- Save File: Click on this to save file for reorders. This function help to store your product specifications and image file.
- Only certain products are eligilble for reorder. Please see the list provided. [Applicable Items]
- Files can only be saved within 1 month from order date. Up to 30 items can be saved in Reorder page.
(Does not apply to cancelled/refunded orders)
- Saved items will be stored for 3 months from saved date and will be automatically deleted after stated period.
- If image file is different from existing order, reorder will not be available. Please place a new order.
- Saved files cannot be recovered after expiration period. Users will not be notified of the auto-deletion.

Click on "Reorder" on the desired item.
Options such as quantity, paper type etc may be
amended before reordering.

- Reordering is only available to all Red Printing members. Guests/ non-members are not eligible for this.
- Quantity, paper types etc can be changed during reorder. Some product options may vary from one another.
- To order multple items at one time, place reorder items into CART, and add new items before making a purchase.
- A maximum of up to 30 items can be saved in the Reorder page.
- Saved items will be stored for 3 months from saved date and will be automatically deleted after stated period.
(You can still view order details from MyPage > Orders/Shipments)
- Click Extend to prolong the reordering period for another 3 months for the desired item. (This can only be applied once).
- Reordered items will be automatically saved for 3 months from date of reorder.
- Items with accessories will not be saved. Therefore, please add accessories separately into CART before purchasing.
Learn How To Extend Your Saved Items
If you plan to extend the period of your saved items, you can easily do so by clicking “Extend” for another 3 months.
-Extension is only made available once. (Valid during storage period)
-Once “Extend” is clicked, the order will be stored for an extended
period of 3 months.
e.g.) During Storage period: 2023.06.14ㅣ Click Extend on 2023.04.10 → Extended : 2023.07.10
- Once extension is made, the button will be switched to “Not Extendable”.
- This indicates that the one-time extension has been used, and no further extensions can be made.
- In any case if a Reorder is made, the saved item will be auto-extended for another 3 months from reorder date.
-e.g.) Storage Period : Ends 2023.03.28 ㅣReordered: 2023.03.27 → Auto-Extended : 2023.06.27 (3 months)
